Team Leader for 2 community development projects. These projects integrated working teams of 12 international youth participants from 5 countries with community members, to design and implement priority community services. First CEO of newly formed regulatory organization. Secured start-up financing, established a 9-person board of directors, developed governance structure, drafted initial bylaws in accordance with Health Professions Act, and hired first Registrar.
