For more than 30 years, I’ve helped individuals, teams, organizations, and businesses navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, and find better ways of working together.
Like many professionals, I began my career in frontline clinical roles within large organizations and gradually moved into positions of increasing leadership and responsibility. Over time, I became increasingly interested not only in the wellbeing of clients, but in the health of the systems serving them. That shift led me from clinical practice into management consulting, where my work focused on organizational effectiveness, systems improvement, governance, and strategic change — both within and beyond the healthcare sector.
I’m particularly drawn to situations that require clarity, creativity, and practical problem-solving in the midst of complexity or transition.
