I've spent over 30 years helping individuals, groups, organizations and businesses find better ways to do things.  Like most, I started out in clinical front line positions in big organizations, and evolved into positions of increasing complexity and responsibility.  My management consultancy was born out of a growing awareness that the "systems" that serve clients need to be healthy and functional in order to achieve these same outcomes for clients.  My focus therefore shifted from the health of "the client" to the health of "the system" and my consulting lens is now focused on systems-improvement both within and beyond the health care sector.
